- Pay is above standard set by LLS for Trainees. - Business Development opportunities. - Provides training and lots of CPD hours - Lots of client interaction. - "Hands on" experience which was great. - Senior Management often very present in the office which was helpful.

-Senior Management don’t always handle situations in the best manner and often rainmakers are protected at the cost of junior staff’s mental health. -Still very much a dated ‘corporate’ mentality for a firm which is supposed to be forward-thinking and inclusive. - Noticed a lot of burnout/stress/general unhappiness among junior and admin staff due to workload and poor treatment (with some considering leaving the profession altogether due to their experience).

Fantastic team of people who are generally all very nice. Every member of the team have a lot of responsibility and opportunity to grow and learn whilst being supported. Your goals and objectives are listened to and taken on board. Generally good work life balance and a high level of trust in employees.

Management is chaotic with no real direction. The recruitment process is not rigorous enough which results in subpar hires and puts more pressure on the team.
