While it is disheartening to hear that you have had an exhausting and negative experience, we want to thank you for taking the time to offer us such candid feedback. High turnover can be a cause of excess overtime - and that is really hard on our associates. While we're happy to be a growing and busy organization, we hope to align our resources and processes to support us so the situation you described does not happen. Since you gave us this feedback in May, we have increased staff in the HR department, improved training of our leads and supervisors, and improved hiring efforts. We hope that you have seen an improvement in work-life balance.
