Lack of training of employees, management needs get off their chairs long enough to come talk to employee's on the floor to find out what exactly is wrong with presses, why you can't run as fast as they think you should. Management only listens to certain people, they create jobs just to keep those people around. Entirely too much management, left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing most of the time.
