No grace period for clocking in. If you're one minute late, that's a strike. Clock out one minute early, that's a strike. We're not performing a life saving heart surgery.. this job and everything the company does adds no value to society and is completely worthless, unnecessary and unimportant. At least give us some tiny-bit of grace period so we feel as though we have some autonomy and control over this painfully irrelevant existence we call minimum wage labor work.
