Blame culture, toxic approach to salary. Very secretive, offers pay rises in $ per hour instead of overal annual percentage (eg 50 cent pay rise, verses saying a 0.6% rise). Rely heavily on overtime to get work done. No real method of feedback. Safety is seen as an inconvenience. when employing they promise the world but 6 months later you realise none of it will ever happen.
