Well run company. Owner has an invested interest. Maintaining the family style ethos. Quick decision process. Great culture. Extremely inclusive. Good at recognition. Overwhelmingly fabulous friendly people throughout the business.

Not many cons to my mind.

Supportive line management, great communication between collegues, supportive collegues, ability to be open and honest.

Occasionally can be too many people involved in projects. Poor communication from some senior management. More room for job promotion.
