MCS is a company that promotes from within. The benefits are excellent with low costs. Financial stability is evident in the biannual profit-sharing bonuses we receive. Management is approachable and experienced. Good family-feel work environment...and it's a casual dress code all week!

Loved my job and the people I worked with.

Poor communication from upper management. Workload is not realistic. Management changes direction every other day which makes everyone else’s job that much harder. Managers clearly have their favorites and keep people around who do not put in the work. In recent years there have been so many people that were either let go or left on their own once they realized the place is a mess.
