      Team is spread in three continents, so could not mingle with all of them even though we communicate everyday. Competition for Projects, travel.

      Excellent company of telecommunication. if u want to start your career as telecom engineer you can prefer mcs technologies. specially helpful for freshers as they are providing training also with 100% job guarantee. no fake commitment. HR team is very good. they are doing their telecome projects all over india. working in three divisions mechanical, telecom and training. Next step to explore this company globally. in less time a very good performance.
