Inferior Scotiabank culture is taking over after the purchase. Lots of subject matter experts have been absorbed into Scotiabank without being replaced. Teams gutted. The solution seems to be to shoehorn AI into every workflow to pick up the slack. Return to work mandate for teams that were happily and successfully working remotely even before the pandemic.
