The finance manager is a nightmare, she is moody and not in normal "we all have those days" way, I'm sure several people, former and current employees, wouldn't hesitate to call her cruel. Most of the management doesn't have the education to be handling the amount of employees they have and there is constant turmoil within the entire call centre. The pay is as little as they can get away with and your responsibilities will continue to accumulate. According to them these responsibilities will have always been coming to you and there is NO monetary compensation. You're unlikely to move up, unless of course you are directly related or family friends of the owners, in that case, no prior experience required for a lead role in the company.
