Sales leads- lazy and act on favoritism Finance supervisor- has a ghetto attitude, rude, acts on favoritism, dresses VERY inappropriate for a working environment, acts on emotion. Finance manager- a lier and rude Verification superviseor- acts on emotion and hard to approach Over all this company is one of the worse to work for. They are very sneaky and will always go around the truth. There is no respect on all levels. New Responsibilties are given with compensation. Never get employee appreciation or rewards for a job well done. No incentives or motivation. No paid sick days. The company is in the works of opening a international call centre from the country the ceo is from and they plan on laying off all the current employees in Canada who has helped them bring thier company to where it is now.the CEO also has no respect worked there for 4 years and he comes in everyday and has not approached me once. He only speaks to employees of his culture and management. He never smiles and is very rude.
