Great coworkers - everyone on the team is helpful and positive Lots of autonomy, we are flexible to work out our own solutions to problems and are not micromanaged Remote work and culture - there's a good balance between enough support and collaboration that you can feel connected, but not too much so that it becomes an interruption My manager is a good listener and offers thoughtful advice to help me solve problems and work through challenges

Business is currently in a turnaround phase, hoping that the results from all our new initiatives and development can eventually pay off.

The people are really great and always willing to jump in and help if you need it.

Very little work/life balance. They did major layoffs to try and save some money quick and then posted those same jobs a few months later.
