      Poor project management, seems like the same mistakes happen on every job Goalposts regarding flexible working and WFH constantly changed depending on the mood of the management. Expectations to work and work any hours until job is done due to poor project management. Poor holiday allowance No acceptance of mistakes or ownership of fault by management when large amount of employees are leaving. “If you don’t like it, leave” attitude

      The company culture was great and very welcoming. As an intern, there was no knowledge that I needed prior to getting started, as everything was taught during the first weeks. The employees are all excited to work and the work-life balance is great as well.

      Half days on Fridays, Multiple Company Events. Great Benefits, you get to work on some of the biggest projects in the world and learn from some of the best and brightest SMEs in the industry. Nice C-Suite directors.

      Work is monotonous and you need to be extremely detail oriented. You don't get to touch any gear nor go on a lot of site visits if you're a project engineer (could be a "pro" for some) If you don't have thick skin and don't have the "engineer" brain this place probably isn't for you.
