Management is lazy and pushes their work on the employees under them Management takes the side of the sales reps majority of the time because they "pay our salaries" Verbally abusive sales reps HR/Management does nothing about employee concerns Blatant favoritism Parent company is non-communicative with decisions that affect employees Raises, even a col raise, you need to fight for. The company feels that they can afford to give all the sales reps large bonuses but cannot afford to give a raise to hardworking employees. Company throws bonus' to rookie reps who leave immediately after getting their 5 week bonus.
