Management that is all talk and no walk. Talk about culture and values but they just want you to be under their cult of personality. No transparency on what they actually plan to do, just a bunch of talk about what they want to do but don't put resources into getting it done. Management always talking about growth but can't even be bothered to support existing workforce. No Advancement opportunities. Management doesn't actually listen, they only care about getting employee engagement metrics up, not the actual feedback from the employees. Pay is on the low side.
