Conservative Sales environment, this company does not embrace diversity. Everyone is white younger to middle aged and if you are different, you will feel it when you walk into the room. People have worked there for a long time and have their groups. I found it sterile and unfriendly. It's hard to work your way up out of your position. So much bureaucracy for everything! They are owned by Labcorp now and you will know it right away by how many hoops you have to jump through to make any changes to anything. Do it by the book or else!
