There are opportunities to learn if you are willing to push for them. They are always hiring so if you leave you know that you always have a job waiting if you were a decent worker. You'd never get the feeling that we are a health care company providing services that impact people's lives! "Production"is all that matters and all employees hear about. Management is unwilling to listen to suggestions from employees or outright ignore them. If you don't tow the line you get the boot so the mentality is keep quiet and do the work until you get enough experience to leave. Which most do after a year or two. Most supervisors are promoted based on seniority, not on who actually has any proven ability to effectively lead and manage people. Many of whom have never done so and are only doing it for a pay bump. Once you are a supervisor you are untouchable no matter how unprofessional or unapproachable you are. This place is unchanging and unyielding.
