      Some of the most friendly shop and office employees around, really. A few bad apples here and there though. Lots of old timers there.

      Everything is either a panic to find work or a panic because of too much work . There is no in-between. Very dated 90's style business ethics and management style.

      Decent pay one your full union Second shift management is good Not rushed to the point you have to sacrifice quality

      1st shift manager was bad Majority of equipment was horribly out of date Some of the work is pretty bad for your health (equipment is provided to help against that but can be hard to wear in such a hot environment) A lot of workers don't want to help newer workers learn the company's way of building stuff
