      Lots of ongoing change, so being nimble is important. Not necessarily a con, but can be if navigating change is hard for you. Upward mobility opportunities are limited, as it's not the largest employer relative to the industry. Also not necessarily a con, unless that's essential for you.

      Starting my first corporate internship, I was definitely a bit nervous—but MEMIC made the transition incredibly smooth. From the thoughtful onboarding experience led by HR to the warm welcome from my team, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the corporate world. I’ve been trusted with meaningful projects where I can see the real impact of my work, and I love that we even get a full day off to volunteer and give back to the community! One thing I didn’t expect to love as much as I do? The sit-stand desk! Having that flexibility has made a big difference in my day-to-day comfort and focus.
