I have seen big change in working culture of Metro India. Culture is moving towards transparency and performance driven. I have witnessed many internal promotions in last one year while it was difficult year for the company due various external issues like GST, demonitisation etc. One big opportunity area opened up for employees are overseas assignments and this year few of the associates already got placed in different countries in the world.
