Good interview/onboarding experience - willing to train and encouraged career advancement as I gained experience. Head of Survey very easy to talk with and discuss career goals with. Management empowers field workers to learn and grow within company. Exposed to latest technology and training. They want you to work but you aren't forgotten about if you are a hard worker.

Hours are typical for a field worker - early mornings and sometimes long days. Not necessarily a con, but part of the job.
