1. Elongated working hours. Work after post working hours, which makes the person burnt out with the work. 2. Higher Management's behaviour is worst towards the Middle Management and the Juniors. 3. Lack of understanding by the Higher Management on the Business perspective, as sharing ideas are not welcomed in the company. 4. Cultural Biasness - Some higher managers do not like other nationality and will comment on the selection and hiring of the candidate. 5. One Man Show or Dictatorship is the culture maintained by the higher management. Once a word is put forth by the higher management, that becomes the golden words to follow, whether its feasible of infeasible for the situation or business. 6. Wrong decision making - As ideas are not welcomed and no one is allowed to share the idea they have to follow what comes from the top. 7. Unachievable deadlines - The work given today has a deadline of yesterday. Every work becomes an urgent work to do at the moment and had to leave all other work to complete the assigned work. Which hampers the whole work cycle and later also questioned upon, why the other works are incomplete. Hence people put extra working hours to complete the work. 7. Salary is paid at par or above the market standards, but the company believes that they have bought the employee to work as a labour and can assign any number of work at any time of the day.
