      Depending on the shift, people can be very friendly, supervisors can be ok but they will not care about u putting you in the same place everytime affecting on your health.

      Factory jobs are one of the hardest but in this one you will burn your hands in certain workstations and its considered like something normal. U will not stop in a exhausting work and they will not care about your health. So hot on summer some workers needed to go to hospital. Minimun wage. No bonus.
