Worse than Worst place to work - Recensione dipendente - Tax Team Member presso MGO

Policies are decided as per mood swings of MGO India Partner and policies are changed as per his wishes. No respect for employees and employees are abused openly on floor.Fake promises.Company has no vision. No job security. Employees can be fired overnight without a valid reason. Partner openely says during meetings that he will not take a moment to fire the employees. Company do not even care about training and development of people. No morale and ethics. They don't even know what ethics mean. Managers are simply "Yes" man and they are bound to obey orders of partner to save their own jobs. Managers don't know to manage a team and simply care about their own interests and job security.
