To start this off I will say I am reviewing Mighty Dog’s franchise in Atlanta, Georgia. Will Wallace is the owner of this franchise and is by far the worst boss I have ever worked under. Never before have I been more verbally abused and manipulated by someone who was directly in charge of paying me and training me. I went into this job letting Will I had very little sales experience. He accepted that and also agreed to give me a $300/month budget for health insurance as I have a family. Quickly I realized that Will has no patience for teaching nor does he have compassion for others. He told me multiple times that my job was on the line of certain tasks weren’t completed. He used my family as a way to manipulate me to work harder on tasks that did not make sense for what I was studying for. An example for this is he had me studying for both roofing information and a test for a commercial drone flying license at the same time. When I told him I was focusing on the drone test he got incredibly upset and asked me if I was trying hard enough for this job and I would be a good father if I studied harder. Will would also berate me when I got info mixed up or did not know certain details. He would yell and curse at me for getting small, insignificant details wrong. He would also threaten to fire me when I would attempt to joke with him or just have casual conversation. Overall, Will Wallace is an unprofessional, manipulative individual who will throw you under the bus if it is convenient for him. He demoted me and took away my insurance allowance in order to force me to quit. He is not someone anyone should do business with.

If you like challenges and want to improve your sales skills then this company is for you. You can make really good money with hard work and following the system. Leads are given to you and you typically get 8-12 leads per week as long as your trying a have a good attitude about feedback. Remember it’s a sales job.

It a commission only sales job, if you are lazy you will not make it.

Commission took forever to pay due to most of your sales contract being under insurance, base salary was weak, you are told you have the opportunity to ge a company vehicle but it was unrealistically achievable
