      - Leadership is non-existant - CEO with an outdated mindset - No room for free thinking and creativity - No tools for automated documenting/reporting/training/following-up on internal or costumer issues - Bad contract conditions (e.g. no 13 months pay, which is unusual in The Netherlands)
