I found MIMS Asia to be a very inclusive company with a distinct lack of hierarchy in practical terms, which was very refreshing. Medical writers were given more autonomy in projects than in other companies and able to take the lead, with the account team providing support where needed. I worked remotely with teams and clinicians across Asia.
