Deep Dive into IT & Real Project Ownership: I was part of an intern team that was given ownership of a full IT project, and it was the highlight of my experience. It was an incredible opportunity to work collaboratively on a significant project from start to finish. With some prior IT knowledge, it was amazing to get hands-on experience designing a website, debugging issues, and setting up systems as a team. I also got to shadow the system administrator, which gave me a clear understanding of their crucial responsibilities. Valuable Exposure Across the Business: The internship provided a fantastic look into other departments. In HR, I finally understood the entire employment process, from interviewing to onboarding. In Marketing, I was able to contribute to a hands-on project which was both fun and insightful. Supportive Leadership & Incredible Perks: The senior leadership is genuinely kind, understanding, and offered a flexible schedule. On top of that, there were amazing perks that went above and beyond, like receiving gifts and getting a verified certificate for a Harvard University course that the company provided. True Professional Environment: Beyond the specific tasks, this internship taught me what it’s really like to work in an office. I learned how professional communication works and gained a ton of experience just by being part of the team and seeing how different roles (like the front desk) contribute to the company's success.

I genuinely cannot think of any cons. My experience was overwhelmingly positive and exceeded all my expectations.
