The bi-weekly meetings give the staff and contractors the opportunity to discuss updates at MIRACORP and exciting events at work/life. The company offers a great work/life balance. My experience at MIRACORP has been professional, friendly and they have great resources to help you be successful. The process to request time off for vacation or go to jury duty is simple and easy. When I was scheduled to go to jury duty, the human resources and accounting staff did a great job helping me get approved time to go to jury duty. Recently, MIRACORP came up with an exciting idea to participate in walking challenges to promote good healthy lifestyle. It is great that MIRACORP promotes good fitness and health. Lastly, they use a terrific resource/time management system called JAMIS. JAMIS allowed me to keep track of my vacation hours, paid holidays, payroll period, retirement and health benefits. I like how everything is convenient to access all on the JAMIS system. It has been a great experience working at MIRACORP for a year and I look forward to another great experience this year. I have encountered no issues working at MIRACORP. If there are issues, the program manager, human resource team and accounting team do a wonderful job of reaching out to employees quickly to resolve solutions.
