-Leadership ignores lower titled employees. -During Covid there was a frenzy of promotions within upper management and above while nurse yearly compensation went unchanged. -Frequent schedule changes. -HR is hostile, meddling and unprofessional. -MIT condones “Uneven and blanket discipline”. An entire department put on Final Warning due to the actions of a single employee while the Administration flaunts the same rules with no consequence. -Job descriptions change frequently with no added compensation. -Low morale
