Great community of people. It is so exciting to see the growth and innovation happening here, and MIT does a lot to support the staff, faculty, and students who show up here every day.

Very decentralized, so it can be difficult to get to know other departments. Also, with two small children, I was really disappointed that the child care centers were so expensive. The cost of two kids exceeded my pay, and I didn't qualify for a scholarship.
