Executives unable to make timely decisions causing corporate employees to constantly rework analysis. Absent effective communication between ceo and executives as well as communications down to department heads. Women at Mitre are not treated as equals. COBT org announced a pilot program to encourage employees to feel safe about speaking truth to mgmt.......that says a lot about the culture here that they have to pilot this program.
