Fellow employees are some of the kindest and most helpful people. Due to SMB environment, you end up learning alot of stuff even from other departments. Good allowances and above average increments especially if the bosses like you. Up to 20% increment per year is possible.

Consists of long 10 hour shifts with a lack of manpower and high workload leading to burnout. OT is provided but if management thinks you're working too much OT they will call you in for a dress down and demand you somehow squeeze your workload into less time. Excessive office politics whereby management practices favoritism in dispersing bonuses, tasks etc. Even if you do get a bonus it's miniscule, not even amounting to a full months salary. Management prefers hiring fresh grads who have fewer ideas and opinions and will just do what they're told. Management in the KL office have little to no prior working experience having been hired there as fresh grads and worked their way up. Manager is a big believer of using shame to increase performance and they're fond of public humiliation whereby mistakes get posted and discussed in public group chat instead of a personal discussion. Little to no career growth, only an increase in workload and leaves employees feeling undervalued. If you do get promoted, it leads to an excessive workload and lots of overtime so nothing to look forward to there. Only management is allowed to work from home and employees are not provided this flexibility. Many issues with the office's infrastucture i.e. Wifi instability / AC breaksdown and employees were asked to use their own data to continue working. No maternity or paternity leave provided hence employees have resorted to resigning close to due date. Current employees are asked to post good reviews to try and offset the sad truth and tempt jobseekers to apply.
