No salary on time - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso MMAD Apps

HR Team is not at all supportive of the employees, they think themselves as the owner of the company if employees having any concern regarding anything they don't give proper information. If you need any document from HR team Like Appointment letter/Salary Slip/Form16 or any other things you have to run behind them for months and months then only they give it. The best thing in this company you won't get salary on time, they will say you will get salary on time, and on the salary date, HR will send a mail saying there is some delay in salary sorry for the inconvenience, this is happening every month. The one more best thing is you no need to put resignation in this company to leave the job as HR will come and will say you today is your last working day you no need to come from tomorrow as we have completed our client project. All the Good feedback you are seeing here all are given by the HR Team because employees will give feedback on how I am giving.

If starting writing then it will become a story, my suggestion doesn't join this company and if someone still joins the company then you will write the remaining story which I left.

Nothing Good with this company. Whatever you say worst about this company that is true. They have 30 employee in Noida. 5 employee in Delhi. 8 emlployee in Kolkata. 4 Employee in banglore. All they are worried and finding job becoz they are not getting salary from past 4 month. Company has not paid rent from past 6 month. Owner is used to run here and there from employees. Management and owner will not pick your phone, will not reply over mail, and respond by mesage as well. You can do nothing to get ur salary. DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY. SIT AT HOME N FIND OUT A GOOD COMPANY BUT DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

No Management at all. No Salary for many month. They fires people so quickly by making a fake reason. They will say you will have to immediately move Banglore or Mumbai. If you deny they ask for immediate resign. This the weapon they uses to fire the emlployee. Dirty Politics are there. I would rate this company in MINUS but unfortunately glassdor have no option.
