If you fit in the culture is great. Potential for growth. Good location.

Lack of investment in employees. Company progress does not benefit the employees. Gradual Americanization of all policies, sick days, vacation, benefits, are all slowly eroding to follow the bottom of the barrel American practices under the guise of "industry standard". Questionable management, at times a lot of management decisions are based on what Sales pitches and not on what the developers know is needed in the industry.

Its a great startup located in downtown Toronto along the subway line. The company has been in IoT industrial for 6 years with the focus in wireless communicate to enable home automation. The managers are all great people. We work hard and play hard. There are hack day every last friday of the month so that we can try out new concept. Annual company retreat, friday BBQ. Great working environment.

Its a startup, so be expected to learn very fast.
