      Dynamic, nice and open environment. Perfect to start your career and learn a lot very fast. Senior engineers are accesible and willing to teach.

      Salaries are low and benefits just missing. The direction level is completely dealigned with the day to day work which confuses the team a lot.

MMID always want to help you learn as much as possible, so you will have to set up your internship learning goals at the beginning, and your mentor will help to achieve these goals.

      MMID does not have an organized internship program. Interns have to be proactive in telling their mentors or manager what they can and want to work on.
