First things first, Company has premium clients based out of UAE. Also they have projects in Saudi Market. Planning to expand their presence in Middle East. Every quarter they are getting projects either from existing clients or they acquire new clients. Dataphi gets projects through the Trust they earned so far. They Follow Onshore / Offshore model. Offshore office located in Pune. Onshore office is in Dubai JLT. Which is Premium location but mostly when you work in UAE it will onsite or client location. Management is approachable, even you will able to connect to CEO directly. Which is good thing because this avoids hierarchy to convey your thoughts or ideas. If it is good idea or any suggestion which will benefit the organization they will implement. Full of opportunities for everyone, For junior role (0-4) you have opportunity to involve end to end cycle implementation data and AI projects. Senior role (5-10) years you have opportunity to lead the project single handedly. For 10+ Consultant or Manager positions you get opportunities to interact with Business people cfo/ceo/cto directly and opportunity to deliver a complete project. Related to pay, their salary structure is pretty decent. I could say as per market average or slightly above market average. I don’t see hire and fire concept in Dataphi. I strongly believe they never do it in future. They respect individuals and they treat you as an extended family members and they know everyone has a family to feed. Because as the founders and partners grown from humble family backgrounds. HR is team is very good. They have lot of activities to motivate people, best performance award.

Not specific to Dataphi it is applicable to any consulting firm. Some projects are short term let’s say 4- 6 months. Some projects are long term 2 years or more than that. You should be prepared to accept the tentativeness and challenges and adopt any new technology required for new projects. Onsite Client facing role is very challenging and sometimes requires us extend working hours.
