They will tell you you are doing a great job to your face and then stab you in the back. The co-workers would complain and lie to the supervisor. The supervisor will always take the side of the co-workers and not give you a chance to reply. They will say you are not catching on quickly but you will not have access to the complete system. Also they will not train you for a week and then complain that you are making the same mistake for a week.
