Toxic Work environment among the partners and co-workers. Will have to work overtime to the extent 12-13 hrs during busy season and cant even book the ovetime hrs. Promotion is given based on favouritism, Managers are not competent and if client tanks entrire blame on you Managers and Partners will enjoy the bouses and promotions but you will be laid off blame game at the peak. Will make you work 12-13 hrs a day , even after completing all the assignments effectively and timely they will tell you are not efficent and you have took longer time to complete the assignment without understanding the problems in file since they will not review your work in the file till the last moment and except you to take all the responbilities of Manager. If you complain about the Manager they will fire you. Join MNP only if you want Mental stress in life. Avoid working in Burglinton and waterloo location .
