Operations management uses bullying tactics to get his way and supports management that does the same. I have been granted vacation two months prior to the date of vacation and multiple times once the date comes they force me to change my ticket or ask my why I am leaving which I am pretty sure is illegal. The people who tend to think Mod is amazing are the ones who would have had no opportunities else where.
