Amazing management staff who will do anything they can for you. They empower you to make all decisions for customer queries and allow us to do anything to make the customer happy. Weekly one on one meetings to discuss call reviews and catch up with any questions or concerns throughout the week. The company as whole takes amazing care of their employees. They have great benefits and lots of perks.

Throughout my two years here any concerns or things that I was at all unhappy with, the management staff addressed and let me know if it can be changed and if not why it cannot.

Supportive management and welcoming hiring team, The management and hiring team are incredibly friendly and approachable. They have a thoughtful and well-structured onboarding process that makes new hires feel welcomed and helps them get acquainted with the company quickly. It really sets a positive tone from day one.

I loved this job but their systems are breaking and things were falling through the cracks more than ever and I definitely felt it. I was let go and morale was honestly in the toilet for me. It made me realize I deserved better. - lovely people within my team and similar departments - hybrid work from home environment - structured work days

- limited room to grow with changing systems and standards. it felt like you weren't allowed to grow due to lack of time, people and energy. -if you aren't useful anymore they'll just get rid of you and start over by outsourcing their operations to Cape Town - ungraceful in the delivery of bad news by HR and senior management. - senior management felt messy and focused on protecting themselves and the brand
