Poor, inexperienced management. Lack of transparency. If you bring any ligitimate concern, suggestion, criticism to the floor manager, you will get stared at blankly and then slandered behind your back.
"Leads" instead of motivating and leading, are more concerned with targeting people for their own personal grudges and making it top priority to take them down at any opportunity.
The cliques are there and they are toxic as they get. if you're someone who just wants to come in, do your job well, and then go about your life....good luck. They will break you down and gaslight you because they have nothing better to do.
Sexual harassment and bullying are common and tolerated. The aforementioned floor manager allows this to happen.
Floor manager also employs and protects a registered 1st degree sex offender because they are related. #nepotism#yesthisistrue
No room for growth unless you're friends with the right people.
Accomplishments will be overlooked and mistakes will be broadcasted.
