The hours are balanced across a few days as opposed to a full week so you get a few days off at a time.

The days off aren't worth the hours they'll have you working, typically nightshifts. They lied on their indeed ad saying they'd pay you 12 an hour and then shorting you to 10. A lack of communication between middle management and the employees.

The only pro that I can think of this job is that many of the post just require you to sit in your car and that is it.

When you're hired, they, will say "I got your back as long as you have mine" but that is a total lie. The company doesn't care. No one in management respects or values the employees. They just care about a body on a post. The company doesn't give raises either. The company will pay you a low 9 dollars an hour and if you work in the woodlands or further north, it drops your pay to 8 dollars an hour. You also have to do these 20 minute check ins, and if you miss them, they will dock your pay. Please stay clear of this company people.
