Many - None of them have ever turned on their cameras. Not during a meeting, 1:1, or at any stage of the interview process. AFAIK, these could just be AI chatbots - Poor planning and execution during onboarding. On day 1, we had no info on payroll, benefits, equipment, or literally anything else. Showed up having no clue what the job was, or whether it was even real. Co-worker quit immediately because she thought it was identity theft scheme - Highly suspicious and unethical accounting practices. On multiple occasions, timesheet was edited to show hours/schedules I didn't work. OT not authorized even when business needs justified it. - Outdated equipment. Work laptop is literally is older than the Antikythera Mechanism with even less computing power. Honestly, it might be powered by a hamster wheel - Low pay. A literal bait-and-switch, Advertised one salary, only to offer another during onboarding.
