Svantaggi
Pay close to minimum wage. Teach for 6 hours straight with less than 5 minute breaks in between lessons. Salary based on ratings given by children sometimes. Work like a slave to make ends meet. Have to wear a uniform and get unlimited warnings for dress code even though most employees are young or students who don't have formal wear. If you do wear formal wear they still give you warnings because it doesn't look formal enough for them or the fit of the clothes makes it informal, absolutely ridiculous they should provide all parts of the uniform then including slacks and shoes if it is going to be a problem especially when we are seated all day and students only see us from the shoulders up. Sit in your chair teaching for hours often with faulty equipment. No time to move around or use the bathroom in between lessons. No one is happy working there everyone looks forward to their one hour break that is often cut short because of "team meetings" to cover things everyone already knows. Lack of incentives most people only stay for a few months, they are always hiring. Around 15 people I knew personally left within a few months . They promise you a TEFL but never give it to you. If you're absent for only one day because of the flu you're still required to have a doctors note or risk getting a warning.
