Artists and anyone that aren't favored are treated poorly. Bad pay- focused on paying higher ups but won't shell it out on the people who are actually making the work. They should look into their HR person. Loads of negativity coming from the top tier down and it's nasty, it's not just one person it's BOTH. People are dropping like flies and nearly everyone is looking for new work or wanting to leave and management still doesn't see it. The kitchen smells.
