They were very chill when it came to taking sick days, offered great free food from nearby restaurants when working OT and weren't pushy/aggressive when it came to making mistakes on the job

Pay was low and the work load distribution looked like 15% of the team was doing 80% of the work, the rest of the team was very inept. This wouldn't be a problem if the 15% was treated better by getting raises/acknowledgement but a person that did exceptionally was treated the exact same as a person that was totally incompetent, leading to hopelessness in regards to being upwardly mobile
