Good Company to work for - Recensione dipendente - Unarmed Security Guard presso MPS Security

I have been with the company for over a year and a half now and I completely enjoy coming to work every day on my site as I never know what will happen next. I get to help so many people in heighten emotional states and problem solve unlike other companies that post you on a dirt lot or promise hours upon hire, then take then away a week later. Pay is fair and our supervisor inst the average demanding, micro managing type. My site supervisor and manage follow through, listen to suggestion and concerns no matter how small. I guess I can honestly say I work with a group of awesome people and do not really have to stress about if i will not a job tomorrow or not. Like the boss says if you do your job their is a shining future ahead of you.
