Everyday Company invokes with Emergency Changes and Fire in Market. Core Teams are understood to deliver on time, but this does not apply on HR, You will never get your Appraisal on time for that you need to wait for more than 3-4 month every year. Only Sr Management get good appraisal so be ready for this also. Your Expected Salary will come to you in form of PLI, that will get when you stay here for more than a year. Company is forcing you to follow "PROCESS" and on same time you will have to work without process once you receive mail from Sr management.. this happens almost every day.

Leads and Managers have totally became Yes Boss because they knows management won't listen. 3. No vision, no strong policy, no perk and benefits to employees in terms of appraisal,promotion,grievances, etc 4. HR department is powerless 5. No working culture, people come for exposure but unfortunately gets exploit.
