      As far as ad agency's go, MRM is cream of the crop. Excellent culture and even better coworkers. Work life balance is very much promoted at MRM and I've found my balance to be better here than at other agencies.

      Depending on whether or not you enjoy the "corporate American" industry feeling, MRM leans into it.

      The people are fun and the team I was on had a lot of senior leaders, which was great to have exposure to.

      There was a lack of documentation of processes so having to learn on the go. Not much support for a junior role, so it would be good to have that during stressful situations. Very low pay compared to the market expectations.
